Forbes India Rich list: Mukesh Ambani is the richest billionaire with $23.2 BN networth in 2017

India is home to 101 billionaires, the very first time it's has over 100 super rich people, as stated by the Forbes global billionaires list for 2017.
Ambani is followed by steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal at number 2 (worldwide 56), net worth $16.4 billion; Azim Premji – Wipro Chairman, (72) with $14.9 billion, Dilip Shanghvi – founder, Sun Pharmaceuticals ( 84) with $13.7 billion and Shiv Nadar – Founder and Chairman, HCL at fifth place (102) with a net worth of $12.3 billion, according to Forbes.
The list is compiled based on stock prices and exchange rates on 17 2017, according to Forbes. The Nifty 50 index climbed more than 22 percent in the year preceding 17 February, so increasing ’ bundles to peoples.

Among startups, founder of mobile wallet Paytm Vijay Shekhar Sharma is 86 (1567) about the record of loaded Indians using a net worth of $1.3 billion. Forbes said Paytm was "among the largest beneficiaries of the government's decision to demonetise 86 percent of India's rupees and move into a cashless economy", notching up 200 million registered users and five million trades daily.
Incidentally, Sharma is the youngest Indian on the list at 38 years old and pharma veteran Samprada Singh at 97th position (1795) is the senior-most at 91 years old with a net worth of $1.1 billion.
Acharya Balkrishna, pal of yoga guru Baba Ramdev, who holds 97 percent stake in the fast-growing consumer goods company Patanjali Ayurveda is rated 38 (814) with a net worth of $2.5 billion.
