A vintage interview of Mark Zuckerberg that has resurfaced provides a glimpse of its past.
The video features Zuckerberg during the very early times of Facebook, back when it was called TheFacebook.com and the company kept a keg in its quite casual office.
"Should I put the beer down?" Zuckerberg inquires at the very start of the video.
He refers to Facebook as a "faculty directory" that has "a lot of distinct individual communities."
Zuckerberg continued to discuss the increase of the site from beyond Harvard to countless campuses and to other nations.
Then, someone does a keg stand.
It is well worth listening to the entire interview and viewing the old Facebook office, complete with lots of graffiti.
Toward the end, Zuckerberg noted that he was not necessarily focused on becoming the world's biggest business.
"There does not necessarily have to be more, you know?" Zuckerberg asked. I believe part of making a difference and doing something cool is concentrating intensely."
Zuckerberg might say Facebook is still concentrated just now on a much larger goal — joining the entire world.
