A bunch of 10 odd folks barged into the PWD office with garlands and staged a well synchronized ‘Nagin’ (snake) dance while the officials sat there and watched puzzled. After, the authorities forced them.

Allegedly, the locals had been whining against the poor condition of roads near the Chhatrapati Shivaji Market but no action was taken which induced the them to protest.
